Ingredients
| 12 | thin wedges of seeded cantaloupe or honeydew melon | |
| 12 | thin slices Margherita® Prosciutto | |
| 1 | tablespoon balsamic glaze* | |
| Chopped fresh sage and sage sprigs (optional) |
*If not available, substitute a good aged balsamic vinegar.

Arrange folded prosciutto attractively over melon wedges placed on a serving platter. (May be chilled up to 1 hour before serving). Drizzle glaze over all or spoon decoratively around edges of serving platter. |

Sprinkle chopped sage over melon and garnish platter with sage sprigs if desired. |
Serving Variation
Brush glaze lightly over one flat side of each peeled melon wedge. Wrap one slice prosciutto attractively around melon wedge; place on a serving platter. (May be chilled up to 1 hour before serving). Sprinkle chopped sage over melon and garnish platter with sage sprigs if desired.
